Erlanger – Today Adam Koenig, Republican candidate for the 69th House District, applauded the work of Northern Kentucky’s Senators in securing several needed projects for Northern Kentucky, while showing fiscal discipline by leaving more money in the rainy day fund.

“The Senate version of the budget includes much needed projects that will help move Northern Kentucky forward” said Koenig. “We must have an educated workforce if we expect job growth to continue in Northern Kentucky and the 69th District. The Center for Advanced Manufacturing and NKU College of Informatics are vital to our region.”

Koenig went on to say “The number one issue in this campaign is getting back our fair share from Frankfort. For too long, the people of the 69th District and the rest of Northern Kentucky have been subsidizing roads and projects in every other part of the state. The Senate budget helps close that gap. Investments in Northern Kentucky pay off for all of Kentucky. When elected, I will fight hard to continue to close that gap and make sure that Northern Kentucky is treated more equitably.”

Adam Koenig currently serves the people of Kenton County as County Commissioner. Adam lives with his wife Elaynea in Erlanger.
